- Herbivore Lapis Blue Tansy Face Oil
Herbivore Lapis Blue Tansy Face Oil
Lapis Lazuli, a favorite stone of ancient Egypt, is known for its gorgeous deep blue color. Lapis Facial Oil is named for the precious blue oil it contains, Blue Tansy.
This oil holds a component called Azulene which is known to soothe dry or irritated skin, reduce the appearance of redness and leave the skin feeling more balanced. Lapis Face oil is formulated for combination, oily, and blemish-prone skin types or any skin in need of balancing hydration.
Lapis Blue Tansy Face Oil won a 2020 Glamour Readers' Choice Beauty Award for Best Natural Skin Care Product!
For Oily & Acne-Prone Skin
Recommended for: Oily and blemish-prone skin or any skin type that appears imbalanced. This formula is non-comedogenic.
Target concerns:
+ Blemish-prone skin
+ Oily skin
+ Combination skin
Facial Oil for Oily Skin? Often times when we over-wash our skin and do not moisturize thoroughly, it can overcompensate by producing more sebum leading to oilier skin and even clogged pores. Herbivore facial oils are made with truly natural plant oils that will help lock-in hydration without clogging pores so that the skin can stop overcompensating and find the balance it needs. In short, yes, oily skin needs moisture too and can get dehydrated, leading to dry patches and skin that looks and feels out of balance.
Concentrated Moisture. Oils are concentrated, effective moisturizers. Herbivore oils sink in quickly to moisturize and nourish with emollients, fatty acids and antioxidant vitamin E, to give the skin a radiant glow.
Scent: Herbal and slightly sweet with a fruity note
Texture: Lightweight oil
Color: Deep blue
Please note: Due to the natural color of Blue Tansy Oil, Lapis Oil may vary in color from deep blue to green. The color may also change from blue to green if exposed to light over a period of time. This does not indicate that the product is not as safe or effective to use as one that is blue in color.
How to Use:
- Apply 4 to 6 drops of Lapis Blue Tansy Face Oil to cleansed and toned skin morning and night, avoiding the eye area
-
Massage in and allow to absorb for 1-3 minutes before applying makeup.
