Shipping policy
Orders for shipping will be processed within 1-2 business days. If you place an order after 5pm on Saturday, it will be processed on the following Monday.
If an item is unavailable at the time you place your order, you will be notified of the wait time.
WITHIN THE US:
Orders will be shipped with USPS or UPS. Enjoy free shipping on orders of $200 or more, before tax.
Weight of package will determine shipping cost.
You will receive a shipping notification along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping time varies depending on the location in United States.
INTERNATIONAL:
Orders with be shipped via USPS or DHL Express. Any extra duties/taxes will be the responsibility of the consumer.

Please note:
Once a parcel is picked up by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express, it is out of our hands and we are not responsible for delays, missing/lost packages, or shipping damage.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package.
If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at hello@figgyco.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 2 days of receiving the order for further assistance.

International orders: Rejected, undeliverable and unclaimed parcels will be shipped back to United States and any additional shipping fees, duties and/or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
