To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

ORDERS WITHIN THE USA: A full exchange or store credit will be gladly offered on unopened, unused or undamaged products within 7 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in saleable condition, with all original packaging.

We regret that we cannot offer exchanges or credit on goods that have been opened or used. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your Figgy Co. experience.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international orders are considered final sale. Please note, we will not be able to facilitate exchanges or returns.

If for any reason your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt.

ONLINE RETURNS

To exchange or return your product for store credit, please drop off your return item to Figgy Co. or mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided you send us a cancellation request within 1 hour from the time of purchase. 

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We carefully prepare each order and typically ship within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, orders to Wilmington, North Carolina generally arrive within 3-5 business days, while orders to Sarasota, Florida typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery estimates may vary based on carrier service, weather, and seasonal shipping volumes.
