Their coffee beans are sourced from coffee cooperatives in Nicaragua and Honduras. They prioritize quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing practices in selecting our suppliers.

After hand-picking fully ripe cherries, they carefully depulp the seeds from the fruit. These seeds then embark on a unique 12-24 hour fermentation journey with wild yeasts. This not only removes the sticky mucilage but also prevents unwanted fungi from spoiling the beans. Equip's beans undergo a meticulous washing process before setting to dry. Using a high-efficiency Loring roaster, they take their beans to the optimal temperature releasing notes of walnuts, brown sugar, chocolate and hints of citrus. The result? A smooth, decadent cup of coffee.
