How often should I use the lip balm?

You can use it as often as you'd like. That's one of the beauties of organic products. We highly recommend applying a thick layer on before bed, as this gives your lips time to repair without the distractions of the daytime (eating, drinking, etc).

I noticed some small grains in my lip balm. Is this normal?

This does occasionally happen to our lip balms, as the organic butters sometimes crystallize due to temperature changes which can occur during the transit from our facility or if the tube has been left in a hot car, etc. No need to be alarmed though! The grains are completely harmless and will melt once you apply the balm.

What does the lip balm smell like?

We have not added any fragrances or essential oils to the lip balm, so all you smell is the pure ingredients. The scent is very mild and most customers describe it as a light mix of coconut and chocolate.
